Bablii is a company that provides link building and content services. We only provide our services and campaigns after we have received the entire fee. As a client or service partner, you agree to the terms and conditions of the services provided by Bablii.

No fees are refundable.
We do not guarantee any changes in search position or SEO as a result of search engine algorithm updates. At the sole discretion of the search engine or directory, the Client’s website may be removed from any blog, website, directory, or search engine at any time.
Bablii has no influence over website and blog owners who remove links and content or delete/move/change their website. If the link is removed within 1 year of ordering, we will replace it on the same or another website with a similar DA as a courtesy. These placements will not be refunded or replaced in any other case.
We reserve the right to change any anchor texts, article content, or other details in order to ensure successful link placement.
Bablii does not guarantee search engine rankings for any specific keyword, phrase, or search term.
Bablii makes no guarantees about increased search or web traffic.
Linking to low-quality websites or obtaining links from “link farms” can wreak havoc on all SEO efforts. We accept no responsibility for the Client’s decision to link to or obtain a link from any specific website without prior consultation.
Bablii is not liable for changes made to the website by third parties that have a negative impact on the Client’s search engine rankings.
NON DISCLOSURE POLICY
We maintain strict confidentiality for client information and only share necessary jobwork with third parties with the client’s express consent.
We guarantee not to reveal any confidential information to any third party, with the exception of your company’s employees and professional advisers who need to know the same for the purpose.
This agreement shall not be considered an NDA unless both parties, Bablii and the client, mutually enter into such a legal agreement in writing.
Termination
These Terms & Conditions are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. If in our sole judgement you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms & Conditions, we also may terminate this agreement at any time and hold you liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination and will accordingly deny you access to our Services.
